The long and dimly lit hallways made it difficult to navigate!!! A little upgrade on room furniture comfort wouldn't hurt either. Cleanliness could definitely use another level of scrutiny on those stained comforters!!!

Take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen to prepare some meals. it makes your stay more comfortable, especially if traveling with family.

The extensive breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, making mornings enjoyable. The room layout was spacious, with comfortable beds perfect for relaxation. However, the bathroom showed signs of neglect with dirt on the walls, and the pull-out couch was broken and ripped. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room upon arrival. While the location was convenient, maintenance needs improvement for a better experience.

i almost wanted to give a good review, but the hallways were long and dark, making me feel like i was navigating a haunted house. also, the breakfast was seriously underwhelming—left me questioning my life choices. i expected at least a complimentary snack or something for such a disappointing experience!

The staff were incredibly friendly, they even made a special effort to check if we were comfortable after the first night. The breakfast was a nice surprise, I got warmed "grab and go" options before the scheduled breakfast time.

Our stay at Residence Inn was filled with warmth and kindness from Kim, the front desk supervisor, who made a challenging situation feel like a warm hug. The evening reception with delicious food added a lovely touch too!
